RTO performance monitoring and diagnosis
Aspen RTO Watch is a layered product for Aspen OnLine™ that provides full historization and visualization of all optimizer–related data. This allows support engineers⎯using accumulated history⎯to identify trends, problems, and potential areas for improvement. Aspen Watch also provides a range of performance monitoring and diagnostic features. Aspen RTO Watch is a core element of AspenTech’s aspenONE™ Advanced Process Control applications.

- Browse real–time or historical data
- Provide reports of application’s operating and performance measures
- RTO Status Report: Includes service factor, efficiency, steady-state time, RTO on/off, ET on/off, etc.
- Measurement Report: Captures all measurements with problems
- Active Constraint Report: Lists all active constraints in each case, including constraint type, active limit, and shadow price
- Optimization Variable Report: Sorts by percentage of optimization variable not being met
- PAR Case Report: Minimum, maximum, average, standard deviation, rate of change, and the frequency in active constraint
- OPT Case Report: Statistics of OPT case variables; track performance among OPT result, ET, LP target and measurements
- Operation Change Report: Minimum, maximum, and frequency of limit changes for each optimized variable
- Event History Report: Chronologically lists all changes or events
- Objective Function Report: Minimum, maximum, average, and integration of objective functions
